A balanced, dry cuvée, its pleasant perfume contains delicate notes of red fruits, perfect with light dishes and first courses.

Grape variety

the sparkling Fioroso Rosé Wine is a cuvée of wines obtained from red grapes vinified into rosé from vineyards located in the North-East.


North East Italy


once the red grapes are perfectly ripe they are harvested and vinified into rosé through a contact period of about 2 hours between the skins and the must directly in the press. The must obtained is cooled and clarified by static decantation, then the alcoholic fermentation is started and once finished, the new wine is cooled to a temperature of between 8°C and 10°C. After 8 days the first racking is made, thus obtaining the sparkling Rosé base wine.

Sparkling vinification process

the Fioroso Rosé wine base is sterile filtered, sugars necessary for frothing are added along with selected yeasts suitable for the production of effervescent wines. It is then placed in a tank (autoclave) to refine and achieve the desired overpressure which is usually between 2.00 and 2.50 atm.

excellent with light pasta dishes, also first courses based on fish. It goes well with the Casatella Trevigiana cheese and fresh dairy cheeses in general.
