Characteristic intense vinous fragrance with a balanced flavour, dry, soft and harmonious. Particularly suited to accompany meats and cheeses.

Lambrusco Marani, Lambrusco Maestri, Lambrusco Salamino e Lambrusco Ancellotta.

Winemaking

it is obtained from selected and healthy grapes, and through 8-day maceration in steel vats; after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into 100l steel tanks where the fermentation is completed (following a first decanting stage); later on, it is decanted, filtered and then bottled.

Sparkling vinification process

the base wine is sterile filtered, the necessary sugars and selected special yeasts are then added and all is placed in autoclave to re-ferment until the desired bar pressure is reached.

Colour

ruby red with purplish lights.

Bouquet

fruity, fresh, hints of forest fruit but also strawberry and cherry.

Flavour

this wine is well balanced, soft, dry, fresh, smooth and harmonic with notes of red berry; easy to drink, pleasant  best drunk when young.

Alcohol content

8% vol.

8-12°C

in a humidity controlled cellar at a temperature of 10-12°C. Best drunk young, it can be stored for one year.

Perfect at lunch or dinner, especially with salami or cheese.
