A pleasant and delicate scent with a straw-yellow colour, its strong, pleasant, fruity flavour goes well with dishes based on fish and shellfish.

Winemaking

it is obtained from selected and healthy grapes, and through 1-day whole maceration in steel tanks;  after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is decanted into 150hl steel tanks where the fermentation is completed; it is then filtered and bottled.

Colour

straw yellow with green hues.

Bouquet

it is pleasant and delicate with characteristic aromas of tomato leaf and apple.

Flavour

this wine is dry, velvety, tasty, fruity, well-bodied, and harmonic with slight bitter almond aftertaste;  it has good acidity and alcoholic degree; it is very persistent on the palate and best drunk when young.

this wine is a classic aperitif in the area of Verona, ideal with seafood salads and main courses based on shellfish and fish. It is also perfect with white meats and with boiled, grilled or fried fish.
